Elizabeth Buhungiro

Elizabeth Buhungiro joined Lifeline in February 2022. She is a communications professional with experience in the development and media industries. From 2014 to 2019, she wrote for The New Times, Rwanda’s leading daily publication, where she produced and customized content for four weekly columns. Before joining Lifeline, she was a Learning Point of Contact for USAID’s Sustainable WASH Systems Learning Partnership. She currently takes the lead on social media management, branding, publicity, internal reporting, and blogging. She also advises on Lifeline’s communications strategy and supports the fundraising function.
