Prior to joining Lifeline, Isaac worked for five years on a USAID-funded WASH project as an engineer with Whave in the Karamoja Region. His position focused on water supply, design, planning, monitoring, and community and stakeholder engagement.

Boniface Okwir is a highly passionate WASH enthusiast with an impressive educational background in biosystems engineering, specializing in water resources management. With over eight years of experience in the water and sanitation sector, he focuses on serving rural and underserved communities in Uganda and neighboring East African countries.

Anyango Paska Sizella

Anyango Paska Sizella joined the Lifeline team in January 2013 and serves as Lifeline’s Sanitation & Hygiene Officer in Uganda. Paska has extensive Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) experience, with prior specialized training in CLTS, PHAST and CHAST methodologies.

Sandra Apio

Sandra Apio has over seven years of extensive work experience in the WASH sector implementing various projects, including CLTS, PHAST and CHAST approaches in emergency, recovery and development context with both national and international organizations. Innocent Ocen

Innocent Ocen joined Lifeline in June 2021 as a Sanitation Officer. He has three years’ work experience in WASH programs, building construction, and civil engineering works.

Daniel Oceng

Daniel is a Public Health Specialist and a WASH Technical Expert. He possesses a wealth of experience in WASH gender mainstreaming and integration, capacity building, the market-based sanitation approach, CLTS+, School WASH Friendliness, and rural water supply.

Andrew Ekol

Andrew Ekol joined Lifeline in 2017 as WASH Volunteer, supporting the WASH program in training the water users on best sanitation and hygiene practices. He was later was engaged as EverFlow helpdesk volunteer.

Salima Dawa

Salima Dawa joined Lifeline in February 2022. She has over five years’ experience working with NGOs as an agronomist which includes training farmers on agronomic practices, group formation, mobilization and sensitization, VSLA group methodology, and drip irrigation technology.

Rebecca Apicha

Rebecca Apicha is Lifeline’s Program Manager for the environment program, holding several positions with Lifeline since joining the organization in 2013. Rebeca has wide-ranging experience in implementing environmental projects, disaster management and renewable energy.

Doreen Asio Faso

Doreen Faso joined Lifeline in 2018 as a consultant Liaison Officer attached to Lifeline’s WFP-SAFE project. Following the successful conclusion of the project in 2019, Lifeline’s management team decided to hire Doreen as a project officer based in our field office in the Moroto district Karamoja region.
